About This Opportunity

Become a vital part of the Internal Firm Services team as an Efficient File Clerk, dedicated to organized filing and data maintenance. Handle essential document processes with precision both onsite and offsite.
This role at the Langley office is a temporary position focused on meticulous filing of working papers and electronic documents. You'll ensure that off-site storage is up-to-date and liaise with external providers to keep operations running smoothly. Strong detail orientation and organizational skills will set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately file documents, including tax and correspondence
• Maintain and review off-site storage listings regularly
