Rewriting material in line with in-house style; structural and stylistic editing for clarity of meaning and argument, adjusting language and eliminating jargon.
Copyediting for grammar, usage, spelling, and punctuation.
Line-editing and proofreading.
Conducting direct research and writing.
Curating research provided by the Sana’a Center’s analyst network and consulting with the Center’s in-house experts.
Supporting the production and publication of recurring current events analysis under tight deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field is required;
Experience in professional editorial, research, or English journalistic work, structural editing and/or report writing for policy research is an asset.
