Responsible for:

• Leading the design, development, and optimization of Adobe AEM components, templates, and content fragments

• Design and implement regional content delivery strategies within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Design and build dynamic, responsive forms using AEM Forms using core form components and related technologies

• Collaborate with content authors and UX designers to streamline content workflows and improve authoring experiences

• Integrate AEM with other platforms (e.g., M365, SharePoint) where needed

• Support governance, performance tuning, and security best practices for AEM environments

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts

• Document architect, workflows and development standards
