Project Management Tool Admin: make sure all questions of PV are addressed, update & reconcile information between source data and Planview, monitor the changes in Planview
Project Governance: Help implement and maintain PMO governance standards, monitor compliance, and manage risk and issue registers.
Project Risk Management: Navigate the enterprise approval process for change initiative risk assessments and provide guidance to project practitioners
Project Support: Assist with project planning, budget tracking, resource allocation, and documentation to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
