We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst for a minimum 6 month contract (likely extension) for a recent implementation of our client’s sales and customer service modules.
Experience
6+ years of progressive experience in the D365 CRM (Most current version) customization & configuration
Strong knowledge in Sales and Customer Service Modules including SSRS reports
Experience with Dynamics Marketing or other email marketing tools (e.g. ClickDimensions) is an asset
Experience with full-life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM
Basic understanding of the integration methodologies and web development fundamentals using Microsoft technology stack (e.g. Dynamics xRM, .Net Framework, SQL Server, SOA / Web Services)
Knowledge in release management processes (e.g. Azure devops, Github etc.)
