Purpose This position supports all DSC clerical activities including providing support to the regional Routing and Transportation teams. Additional responsibilities include data validation, report creation, some data entry and creating communications.
Responsibilities
Organizes and manages workflow of DSC, Syntellic, Sysco Transportation System (STS), Verizon and Roadnet
Backup support for Routing in regional sites as needed
Provides clerical support to the Operations team in an accurate and timely manner.
Communicate with sales and operation teams on driver delays
Communicate with Drivers
Data entry and report generation for the DSC and Transportation Team
Prepare general communications for distribution within the operation (dispatching times etc.)
Assist in safety reporting, data entry, KPI tracking, and investigations.
