We are currently seeking a Drilling Administrator to join our Calgary office.

Reporting to the Manager, Drilling Operations, the Drilling Administrator plays a key role in supporting drilling operations through regulatory administration, data management, invoice processing, and operational coordination. This is a full-time, office-based position with occasional after-hours support required for time-sensitive operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory applications, notifications, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate required reporting and maintain awareness of regulatory requirements.
