Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of residential drafters and architectural technologists
• Establish and enforce drafting standards, templates, and workflows
• Manage team capacity and assign projects based on priorities and timelines
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and continuous development

Drafting & Design

• Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, including:
  • Production homes
  • Semi-custom and fully custom homes
  • Multi-family residential (duplexes, townhomes)
• Review and approve drawings for accuracy, constructability, and completeness
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Manitoba Building Code
  • Local municipal zoning bylaws (e.g., setbacks, lot coverage, height restrictions)
