Responds effectively and quickly to employee relations inquiries
Documents all employee relations matters as appropriate for the situation in accordance with legal compliance and organizational policies and procedures
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and provincial requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records
Facilitates the open-door policy process and workplace concerns
Support the HR department with a variety of HR projects, programs, and initiatives
Advise managers on best practices related to recruitment, employee relations, human rights legislation, and all applicable employment laws
Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles as needed, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
