you will provide support and leadership to all the Store Managers/Assistant Store Managers within your sales district. District Team Lead will be responsible for executing operational procedures and/or systems to ensure all Store Sales Managers, Assistant Store Manager and Sales Representatives maintain their store at the optimum sales levels and are equipped with the tools, procedures and knowledge required in order to lead their staff and run profitable stores.
