In this position, reporting to the Executive Chef, you will take charge of washing all dishware and cutlery. You'll also be expected to assist kitchen staff with food preparation and plating during busy service hours. Conduct cleaning duties, including mopping and sweeping, to ensure a clean and organized workspace, all while demonstrating urgency and collaboration.
