Director of Treasury A Calgary-based organization is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Treasury to join its finance leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership over the company’s treasury activities, with a strong focus on capital strategy, financing execution, and liquidity management. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of capital markets, demonstrated execution experience, and the ability to communicate complex financial strategies clearly to executive leadership.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Lead sourcing, structuring, and execution of debt financing (CMHC‑insured and conventional), optimizing loan sizing and cost of capital
Manage mortgage portfolio lifecycle, including compliance, renewals/refinancing, maturity ladder, and annual lender/CMHC reviews
