About The Role As the Director of Supply Chain & Operations for the Tim Hortons CPG Team, you will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain strategy and execution for Tim Horton’s Consumer Packaged Goods business across the U.S., Canada, and International markets. This role is pivotal in scaling our operations to meet growing global demand — integrating planning, logistics, vendor strategy, and supply chain resilience under a single vision. You will own the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, lead a high‑performing cross‑regional team, and serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Innovation teams.
