The Director of Space Planning & Facilities Management leads the strategic direction for the planning, development, management and utilization of Faculty of Medicine Academic Space.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Faculty of Medicine in interactions with Ministries, Health Authorities and University Leaders regarding academic facilities, capital projects and related space issues.
• Provide recommendations on allocation, management and utilization of Academic Space, construction and renovation projects, and facility operations.
• Resolve disputes through negotiation or arbitration, ensuring effective partner relationships.
• Lead and participate in committees, ensuring consultative processes for policies, planning and new capital projects.
