Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops the sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization. Responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of an organization's products and/or services. Provides oversight and direction to regional account managers and sales support teams. Key Duties And Responsibilities
Serves as subject matter expert on Menasha’s products and capabilities to align with customer’s business objectives
Directs and develops departmental staff including talent acquisition, training, succession planning, performance management, and coaching to achieve sales and service objectives
Develops and assures execution of sales initiatives aligned with overall company objectives and strategies
Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop new revenue streams and drive organic growth in key account(s)
