Nominations for four Board positions are now open for the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2026. You will collaborate with dedicated Board members to oversee strategy, financial health, and ambassadorial responsibilities aimed at advancing women in sport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and approve the strategic direction
• Provide governance oversight and compliance
• Hire and evaluate the CEO's performance
• Attend and participate in board committees
• Act as an ambassador with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18, residing in Canada
• Legally capable of contracting and passing screenings
• Expertise in finance, strategy, or charitable leadership
• Commitment to inclusive representation
• Compliance with Canadian Safe Sport requirements
