Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Reporting to the Executive Director, Home and Community Care (HCC), the Director, Regional HCC is accountable for the strategic and operational leadership and oversight for all assigned organizational, transformation, clinical innovation and regional operational initiatives within the HCC regional services across Fraser Health (FH). This position will play a key role in the development and maintenance of strategic, collaborative leadership relationships to ensure a regional standard of equitable, effective and high-quality services. Works closely with relevant regional medical directors and/or department heads.
