We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of delivery engagements for teams of 20-50+ FTEs linked with high visibility and high-impact projects
• Oversee the delivery across all stakeholders and ensure complicated engineering issues are efficiently handled
• Guarantee the quality of design, code, and overall solutions
• Facilitate mentoring and talent development programs for delivery leads and managers
• Advocate, negotiate and implement the best engineering processes and practices
• Drive engagements to maintain high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction
• Deliver on hard commitments and fixed timelines according to outcome-based setups
• Handle customer escalations, contract issues, and team rotations seamlessly
