Position Summary Responsible for overseeing all operations related to the recruitment and pre‑screening of all participants for clinical trials. Plans, oversees, and executes the recruitment and selection of participants required for all clinical research trials (BE, Phase I, etc.). Directs the Clinical Recruitment team in Toronto which includes the Strategic Operations lead, Recruitment Manager, and Clinical Research Recruiters.
What you will be doing
Direct the Clinical Research team to meet objectives and deliverables ensuring compliance with study protocol, BPSI SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements as well as adherence to assigned study timelines.
Set performance targets, develop, and monitor KPIs to ensure success and provide transparency to stakeholders.
