Purpose:

Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this position is responsible for driving operational excellence through both strategic leadership and hands‑on operational engagement. The Director will develop and execute operational strategy aligned with organizational goals, lead the operations team, and actively engage in day‑to‑day operational problem‑solving to ensure quality, safety, people‑management, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
