Our confidential client is seeking a commercially minded, execution-focused Director of Sales & Commercial Growth to lead the national sales function. Reporting to the President, this role focuses on sales leadership, training, coaching, embedding sales discipline, improving pipeline and account management practices, and ensuring the team delivers on clear revenue, margin and growth expectations. The candidate will lead a multi‑functional sales organization spanning business development, key account management, client services and sales operations. Strong sales leadership experience, commercial judgment, comfort with data and CRM systems, and the ability to turn strategy into practical execution are essential.
