to lead and optimize performance across our 4 retail stores (3 brands – Gallery 1 Furniture, Ashley HomeStore, Worldwide Furniture), and distribution centre. The role would be responsible for driving sales, revenue growth, improving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless end‑to‑end customer experience from showroom to delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals across all locations.
Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and sales teams to maximize performance.
Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and customer trends to inform business decisions.
Review existing onboarding sales training and provide recommendations for improvement.
Oversee the daily operations of the stores and warehouse.
Ensure efficient inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
