Director of People & Culture Location: Whitehorse, Yukon
About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of People & Culture to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources function. This role is critical in supporting a workforce of 200+ employees across multiple project sites, ensuring alignment between people strategies and operational goals while fostering a strong, safety-focused, and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of People & Culture strategies aligned with company growth and operational needs
Partner with executive leadership, operations, and site teams to support workforce planning and organizational structure
Lead full-cycle Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support company-wide hiring decisions
