Develop an operations environment and culture that maximizes the contribution and results of all personnel through frequent plant visits, meetings, audits of personnel performance and results, feedback on expectations, and joint development of corrective action plans.
Meet frequently with Plant Management to understand plant issues.
At least once per quarter hold a formal business review meeting with Plant Management.
Manage efficiently and knowledgeably by observing and analyzing issues first‑hand.
Ensure solutions are team‑based and fully accepted by the Plant Management team.
Communicate effectively and responsively at all organizational levels.
