**Operations**
The DMX will work closely with the eCos executive team to establish goals and priorities for setting up the Mexico nearshoring operation and is responsible for recommending, setting, enforcing, and evaluating organizational policies and structure for the office.
The DMX also:
- Plans, implements, and manages annual budget for Mexico office, including office space, labor costs, technology costs, and general and administrative expenses.
- Provides quarterly presentations to leadership on findings, trends, and recommendations for process improvement.
- Works with eCos leadership on managing staff and allocating resources.
- Promotes growth and optimization of Mexico support team platform by reviewing ongoing results and performances and recommending updates and changes as needed.
