The Opportunity

Evergreen Hospice is entering a critical phase of growth, with the development of a hospice residence and increasing demand for community-based services. To support this next phase, Evergreen is seeking a Director of Fundraising to build and lead a structured, sustainable fundraising function. This role will move Evergreen from a reactive funding approach to a proactive, strategic fundraising model—with clear ownership, strong donor relationships, and consistent revenue generation.
