Director of Finance Lambert Nemec Group is seeking a Director of Finance / Senior Finance Leader to join a rapidly expanding global organization. This high-impact leadership role is designed for a finance professional who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure.
Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Director of Finance will lead financial strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and team development while partnering closely with leadership to support global expansion and long-term performance.
Responsibilities
Leading the organization’s finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.
Developing and executing financial strategy aligned with corporate growth and expansion objectives.
Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities.
