This is a 5 month contract

Role: The Director, Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of the company’s consolidated financial statements and disclosures in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.

About the Opportunity

• Manage the IFRS month/quarter-end close process, including MD&A and related note disclosers
• Ensure SOX requirements are met and internal control processes are in place
• Assisting VP FP&A with forecasting and budgeting
• Responsible for managing the payroll team
• Manage the intercompany accounting process among multiple entities
• Support the audit (internal and external) audit processes
• Supporting financial M&A integration team
• Ad-hoc requests.
