The Director of Engineering leads multiple engineering teams responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-impact technology platforms. This role is accountable for engineering strategy, delivery execution, organizational leadership, and technical excellence.
The Director works closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and Executive Leadership to translate business strategy into engineering roadmaps while building a high-performing engineering organization capable of delivering world-class software products.
