About the Role

This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive AI-enhanced workflows, manage global vendor partnerships, and lead a high-performing team across North America and beyond. You’ll use tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to optimize processes and contribute to a forward-thinking, international organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead operations for legal content in the secondary law domain.
  • Enhance workflows using AI and emerging technologies.
  • Apply analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate across time zones, primarily US-based, with occasional coordination in Asia.
  • Travel to vendor and team locations as needed.
  • Deliver clear, strategic presentations to senior stakeholders.
