Position Purpose
The Director, Materials Management is responsible for leading the development, standardization, and execution of best-in-class material planning and inventory management processes across all North America manufacturing sites within the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment.
This role ensures the organization maintains optimal inventory levels, reduces waste and working capital, and sustains uninterrupted material supply to support production schedules.
Serving as the central authority for inventory strategy, process discipline, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, the Director drives standardization, data integrity, and efficiency across the global supply chain network.
Scope of Responsibility
