The Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Continental Europe is a senior leadership role accountable for shaping and delivering the people strategy across multiple European markets. This role partners closely with BlackRock’s European Country Managers and regional leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, build leadership and talent pipelines, strengthen cultural cohesion, and ensure regulatory and people risk management – directly enabling BlackRock’s commercial success and delivery to clients as the most global asset manager operating in Europe.
