Job Description

Director of Data Security Technology Operations leads the operational excellence and technical support of RBC’s data security infrastructure. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of a diverse portfolio of on-premises and SaaS‑based security technologies that enable RBC’s data protection and data loss prevention capabilities. You will lead a globally distributed team of technical support staff responsible for ensuring these systems remain available, optimized, and aligned with business and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will serve as a key operational liaison between business units and the security technology team, enabling smooth integration of data security solutions across the enterprise.
