Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness, the Director, HR Systems, Talent & Special Projects is responsible for leading the design, delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of core HR systems, services, and processes across the organization.
This role combines strategic HR leadership with operational execution in the oversight of key people systems, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HRIS initiatives, HR analytics, and cross-functional HR projects. The successful candidate will partner closely with leaders across the business to strengthen employee experience, improve organizational effectiveness, and support the Company’s continued growth.
