Reporting to the Director of Accounting and as Director of General Accounting, you are responsible for the monthly production of reliable, accurate and timely financial reports, as well as the preparation of annual audited financial statements.
You manage the monthly accounting closing process while encouraging continuous improvement and process innovation.
You are also responsible for leading and developing a team of general accounting professionals and play a vital role in preparing for the future growth of the organization.
Role
Supervise, assign and evaluate the work of the accounting team ensuring that the quality of work meets and exceeds established standards, while providing feedback for continuous improvement;
