Director of Finance - Mexico Operations

Senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial, treasury, tax, compliance, and strategic finance activities for Mexico operations within a complex maquiladora/manufacturing environment. This position serves as the primary financial liaison between Mexico operations and US Corporate Finance leadership, ensuring strong financial governance, operational visibility, cost control, regulatory compliance, and business partnership across all areas of the organization.

Key responsibilities include financial statement oversight and analysis, treasury and cash flow management, annual budgeting and forecasting support, manufacturing cost and labor efficiency analysis, audit coordination, VAT recovery, IMMEX compliance, internal controls, insurance administration, and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
