The Director, Communications is the senior strategic lead for Corporate and CEO communications. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, CEO Office, and operating under the broader remit of the Global CHRO, this role is accountable for shaping the corporate narrative of the organization, defining the CEO’s tone of voice, and building a new internal communications function. Expected salary is $150,000 annually, + bonus (commensurate with experience)
Key Accountabilities
Own and evolve the organization’s corporate narrative across strategy, performance, culture and change.
Define and steward the CEO tone of voice, including quarterly results, enterprise updates and major initiatives.
Act as strategic communications advisor to the leadership team.
Build and lead the organization’s internal communications function, including governance and capability.
