Prepare credit recommendations, including risk assessment, deal structuring, and analysis of financial and operational information for new and existing technology clients
Directly manage annual reviews, interim reviews, and portfolio monitoring requirements for a complex set of clients
Partner closely with Origination Managing Directors and Directors to support prospecting, early opportunity assessment, and development of New Business Committee materials
Identify cross‑bank opportunities in treasury, FX, capital markets, and other commercial products to broaden client relationships
Provide mentorship and guidance to Analysts and Associates on deal analysis, underwriting standards, and portfolio management
