Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Director, Clinical Operations provides leadership and direction on strategies, planning, design, implementation, delivery and assessment of assigned clinical department/service within or across a hospital or health services area, or, for a Regional Program across Fraser Health. Oversees programs/departments/services to support operational leaders, remove barriers to patient transition and foster a culture of patient-centred care across the health care continuum.
