Director, Client Services

The Director, Client Services is responsible for communicating the Firm’s vision and capabilities to the marketplace and engaging clients and prospects in a consultative manner to provide customized solutions for the total tax function.

Responsibilities

• Expand and cross‑sell within client relationships.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with Firm Principals and Practice Leaders.
  • Provide support to Principals in deal negotiations, contract development, and due diligence.
• Research, initiate, and develop new business relationships for the Firm by targeting qualifying prospects for all service lines.
• Build and maintain key relationships with significant Firm prospects.
• Make cold calls and maintain contact with prospects and clients through telephone, e‑mail, and mail.
