As Director – Business Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and monetizing the College's educational expertise with corporate (B2B) and government (B2G) organizations. You will drive the hybrid commercial strategy, combining consultative selling and public tenders, to achieve progressive financial objectives leading to $3M+ in annual revenues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the hybrid B2B/B2G business development strategy for Talent, Expertise , Learning and Language solutions;
• Identify and develop relationships with HR/L&D decision-makers in large companies and conduct solution-oriented consultative selling;
