Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
The Director, Business Modernization is accountable for bringing rigor, pace, and discipline to the execution of approved innovation and modernization initiatives across McKesson Canada. Working within enterprise strategy, portfolio priorities, and design standards established by the Strategy, Innovation, and Business Modernization leadership, this role ensures initiatives are well framed, properly governed, executable, and delivered with measurable outcomes.
