What is the opportunity? The Director is responsible for overseeing the bank’s balance sheet risk management framework, including interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB&MR) across different business lines and regions where RBC operates.Provides risk management oversight and guidance to the different business lines through an independent and effective monitoring, controlling, and communicating of all material market risk positions- including developments, trends and concentrations; and ensures implementation of and compliance with risk management policies.The Director will Partner closely with Treasury, non-trading portfolios, Finance, and business units to ensure robust risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting processes related to asset-liability management.What will you do?
