Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) – Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology relationship owner for assigned client accounts.
• Partner with clients to understand business priorities and translate them into Microsoft‑led technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor across Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with account leadership, sales, and delivery teams to shape and support technology‑led growth opportunities.
• Drive technology governance, architectural alignment, and lifecycle planning across client engagements.
