We are looking for a second Dining Room Team Lead who will work as a team with our current Team Lead to combine hands-on service with leadership, ensuring our dining experience is welcoming, efficient, and delivered with dignity and care.
This is a working leadership role, where the successful candidate will actively serve residents while supporting and guiding the server team.
Key Responsibilities. Team Leadership:
Lead by example in all aspects of dining room service including greeting residents, taking orders, and serving meals.
Provide on-shift guidance and coaching to servers and new staff.
Support the Head Chef with server performance reviews.
