The Business Analyst acts as a subject matter expert, driving requirements alignment across business units and proactively recommending innovative technology solutions. The role identifies process gaps through data-driven analysis, translates business needs into clear requirements, and ensures successful delivery through strong governance, testing, and stakeholder communication.
