Support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid social acquisition campaigns, contributing to performance goals (leads, conversions, CAC, ROAS) through data analysis, reporting, and operational campaign management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the setup and management of campaigns in Google. + Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate). + Build and maintain performance reports using Excel, highlighting key insights and trends. + Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities (audiences, creatives, budget allocation). + Support A/B testing initiatives across audiences, copy, and creative formats. + Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely implementation of assets. + Track budget pacing and ensure alignment with monthly investment plans.
