Digital and Access Solutions Specialist / Technical expert of CLIQ product and all other software solutions for the Canada region.
Reports to: Managing Director - Canada Location: Montreal, Quebec - Canada Region: Canada
Key Responsibilities
Accompany sales teams and distribution partners through sales activities, deployments, and usage of CLIQ projects at customers.
Provide technical expertise, support, and training for Digital products, software, and service range in Canada and, by request, in other countries for sales partners and end customers.
Deliver documentation and tools for sales teams, distribution partners, and integrators to aid sales development.
Communicate with all stakeholders of Digital systems in the region about scheduled updates, new feature releases, service outages, unplanned incidents, and other factory‑issued notifications.
