Diabetes Educator – Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a Diabetes Educator – Registered Dietitian to work on a permanent full‑time basis at our Brampton location (2979 Bovaird Drive East). This is a hybrid role based on clinic needs.

Responsibilities

• Educate and advise patients on self‑management skills in individual and group settings, focusing primarily on diabetes and secondarily on other health conditions such as general health and metabolic conditions (weight management & obesity).
