L1/ L2 Support engineer with exposure to Azure DevOps methodologies and tools. 8+Years of experience
Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Splunk and Dynatrace.
Experience of cloud technologies GCP/Azzure.
Knowledge of SQL, relational databases.
Knowledge of ITIL and processes such as Incident, Problem and Event Management.
Open to work in rotational shifts (Morning and Afternoon Shifts) and share the on-call rota for out of business hours to manage the critical applications.
Advocate of Agile delivery practices.
Experience across the entire solutions development lifecycle from inception through build to production.
